I own a 4000sf clear waterfront lot in village of lindenhurst. The lot has a good condition 50ft bulkhead on a canal a tenth of a mile from the great south bay. The plans are approved by the zoning board. I can hold the note for a small fee until construction is finished or sell it outright. The permit is pending and all that is needed is 2200$ for the permit fee and contractor to sign off. I have the plans filed with village and approved by the z.b.a. ready to begin construction on a 1900sf dwelling with 950sf unfinishing ground level. The plans call for a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath high and dry custom built home with a double deck balcony on the rear. The top floor has year round view of the bay. House is 27ft x 35ft. Lot is 50×80.
