BY OWNER – This property is located in the community of Cedarpines Park, California, south of Silverwood Lake, West of Lake Gregory and just North of downtown of Crestline in the San Bernardino National Forest. DIRECTIONS: Head North on “Burnt Mill Canyon Road” just past where “Mojave River Road” tee’s into it on the Right (East), right away, you’ll see road turn off to the Right (East) between two large trees, it has a yellow fire plug to the Right side of it and a forest post to the left side. Take this road about a 1/4-mile to where you see a road turnoff to the right dropping down into a dry creek bed between some trees and come up on the other side of that creek. You are now on “Mojave View Drive”, this road will soon quickly curve Left onto the East side of the canyon. Once you turn to the Left (read your parcel map) drive about 600-feet and the lots will be to your Right (East) about 170-foot on the right-hand up-slope of up the hill. Walk up the hill to the property and you will see the access road at the lots that heads back almost parallel to “Mojave View Drive” and enters it back by where it turns to the Left.
The lots are located close to Many homes and vacation Cabins are in the area, several on “Burnt Mill Canyon Road” and many others just up the hill at “Breezy Point”.
