This is my property in Sea View Kalapana. SeaView as you can google, is one of the most beautiful communities located on the South Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Property here is still affordable as, if you were to buy an ocean view property on any other Island, of this nature, you’d be looking at over $150,000. Yet Sea View is up and coming and this is the third property I’ve bought and now selling in this gorgeous community.
Why am I selling? www.kapoho-kahonua-hale.com. This is my home in Vacation Land Hawaii. About a 15 minute ride East of Sea View. Yet my home has no ocean view and, I thought that I’d build a second vacation rental here in Sea View but, as I’m now 65 and on Social Security Disability, the future does not hold for me building another home. So sadly, I cannot develop this property and I’m going to sell her. In 2004, I sold another Sea view property four lots down the road for $54,000. This is on record.
So if your are looking for an ocean view property where building codes allow for a beautiful home with really no restrictions, Our asking price is $31000. Sea View is up and coming and property values are on the rise. Sea View as is all of Hawaii now is a fee simple property. Meaning you own it. Property taxes are extremely reasonable and association fees run about $50 per year. As time goes forward and if our property does not sell, which I highly doubt, the price will reflect increasing values.
Again, the www.Kapoho-kahonua-hale is a home I built with my son and it is a Vacation rental and several folks who’ve bought and built in Sea View, have stayed at our home that is soooo affordable.
