Looking for a lease takeover for my studio apartment. Available May 15. Recently renovated studio with stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. Separate living space/bedroom from kitchen. Less than a 10 minute walk to virtually every subway line in the city (A,C,E,1,2,3,7,N,Q,R,S,W). Walk up building, on the top floor, but it is 4 flights up. Easily fits a full size bed, dresser, desk, TV, small sectional couch, coffee table, and kitchen table. No laundry in building but there is laundry on the same block. Around the corner from the best bars on 9th ave and restaurants along Restaurant Row. Apartment is located on W 46th between 9th and 10th. Will come unfurnished. AC unit is negotiable. No fee as I am breaking my lease.
You must make 40x the rent ($77k/year) or have a guarantor to sign that makes 80x the rent ($154k/year). Management charges a one time $100 fee to run a credit check. If a guarantor is signing then they will charge $200 to run credit check for both. Will need the following when submitting application:
-Two most recent bank statements
-Two most recent pay stubs
-Last two years of tax returns
-First month’s rent ($1925)
-One month security deposit ($1925)
